OUR STRENGTH IS OUR MEMBERS

The Burnaby Mental Wealth Society is a non-profit organization started by Mental Health Consumers in 1993. The Society operates their CLUBHOUSE - a psychosocial rehabilitation facility for adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Currently we have a staff of 3.8 persons and 235 members. Members and staff work side by side in sharing all aspects of clubhouse work, including planning, reception, shopping, cooking, maintenance, and outreach fundraising programs. The clubhouse works towards gaining employment for members, affordable housing, and education opportunities.

We are funded by the your donations, and we appreciate any and all support you are able to offer those affected by mental illness. ALL DONATIONS ARE GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED AND PUT TO EXCELLENT USE. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX EXEMPT.
